A foreign and security policy expert joins the I&S Editorial Board, 23 Feb 2013

Ambassador Valeri Ratchev, Associate Senior Fellow of the Centre for Security and Defence Management and Editor-in-Chief of its series CSDM Views, joined the Editorial Board of Information & Security: An International Journal. Valeri is among the top Bulgarian foreign and security policy experts, with specific research interests in security sector transformation, good governance, and institution building. He has already contributed to I&S, including as co-editor of volume 17 on Homeland/Societal Vulnerability and Security.
