PAMS is a modern, integrated information and communication system that models, digitizes, registers, manages, stores and controls work processes and related information and documentation, in accordance with a variety of internationally recognized standards. By modelling different sets of standards implemented by the company with the unified objects and processes, PAMS is a highly effective in monitoring, control and operational management and can assure implementation of the requirements of the standards and their practical utility.</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">1</style></issue><section><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">113</style></section></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="7.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Vyacheslav Kharchenko</style></author><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Oleg Odarushchenko</style></author><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Valentina Odarushchenko</style></author></authors></contributors><titles><title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Multi-Fragmental Availability Models of Critical Infrastructures with Variable Parameters of System Dependability</style></title><secondary-title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Information &amp; Security: An International Journal</style></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">business-critical infrastructure</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">defects</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">dependability indicators</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">evolu¬tion of software</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">fault-tolerant architectures</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">IT-infrastructures</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">macrograph.</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Markov and semi-Markov chains</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Modelling</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">safety block diagrams</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">variable parameter</style></keyword></keywords><dates><year><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2012</style></year><pub-dates><date><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2012</style></date></pub-dates></dates><number><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">20</style></number><volume><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">28</style></volume><pages><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">248-265</style></pages><language><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">eng</style></language>
<style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">This paper presents the development of the MFMC-based methodology and technique for modelling and quantitative availability assessment of critical IT-infrastructure consisting of maintained and partially unmanned systems. The compendium was created on GCPEDIA, a wiki application accessible to all federal government departments and agencies in Canada. It includes tools for predicting the consequences of natural and man-made disasters, planning major event security, assessing infrastructure criticality, planning surveillance missions, and analyzing other issues relevant to domestic operations. Given the wide accessibility of the compendium within the Government of Canada, a large community of practice can use, update, and expand on the information collected</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2</style></issue></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="7.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">AFG Alexandru-Petru Găluşcă</style></author></authors></contributors><titles><title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Romanian Air Force Operational Capabilities Generation Process</style></title><secondary-title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Information &amp; Security: An International Journal</style></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">advanced air capabilities.</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Decision-making process</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Modelling</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">multi-role fighter</style></keyword></keywords><dates><year><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2010</style></year><pub-dates><date><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2010</style></date></pub-dates></dates><volume><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">25</style></volume><pages><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">17-22</style></pages><language><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">eng</style></language>
<style face="normal" font="default" size="100%"> The article examines the new multi-role fighter program in the context of the Romanian Air Force operational capabilities generation process and elicits the major requirements to the future platform.</style>
</record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="7.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Klaus Niemeyer</style></author></authors></contributors><titles><title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Modeling and Simulation in Defense</style></title><secondary-title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Information &amp; Security: An International Journal</style></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">acquisition</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Decision-making.</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">defence planning</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Evolution of modelling</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Modelling</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Operational planning</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">simulation</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Training and Exercises</style></keyword></keywords><dates><year><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2003</style></year><pub-dates><date><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2003</style></date></pub-dates></dates><volume><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">12</style></volume><pages><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">19-42</style></pages><language><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">eng</style></language>
<style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Modelling and simulation are essential tools in defence planning, development and acquisition of systems, training and exercises, and operational planning throughout NATO and nations. In the article a contribution to a theoretical approach to the technology is provided, with discussion of definitions and characteristics, such as purpose of a model, reduction of complexity, and representation of real entities or systems. On the other hand, the defence applications are different in many aspects, e.g. objectives, time horizon, scenarios, data requirements, or reaction requirements, which leads to different utility of the model categories. Specific issues in modelling of the defence system are discussed, such as the military hierarchical structure, functional areas, operational phases, planning situations, and the decision cycle.</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">1</style></issue><section><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">019</style></section></record></records></xml>
