Changes in the Security Environment and the Forms, Methods and Means of Conflict: Hybrid War

Abstract:

This report examines new forms, methods, forces, and capabilities, as well as the instruments used in the achievement of interim objectives and the end state in conflicts designated as “Hybrid War”. The focus of one of the sections is on anti-crisis measures (countermeasures to hybrid activities), the favourable conditions and facilitating factors, as well as their administration.
