The development of science and technology leads to inventing new weapons and respectively new methods for conducting armed or unarmed conflicts. Based on practical examples, this article reveals the capabilities of some modern information and communications technologies and means of radio-electronic warfare that can be and are already used in hybrid war scenarios.
