ISIJ 23: Analytical Support of Transformation
This volume presents the views of senior policy makers on policies, strategies, and initiatives for transforming security and defence sectors. Other groups of articles treat the design and use of scenarios in making security strategy and security and defence planning, methods and tools for decision support to defence planning and force development, organizational design and business process management, and the treatment of risk in modernization and force development programmes. "I&S Monitor" is dedicated to analytical support requirements and examples policies and organizational arrangements in NATO and nations.
